About Dataprana
Dataprana is a North American digital infrastructure company headquartered in Miami, Florida, specializing in AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data center development. With a 500-megawatt energized site pipeline across multiple U.S. states and an ambitious goal of 5 GW by 2030, we are building a distributed network of mid-scale, modular data centers optimized for speed-to-market deployment.
We provide the infrastructure backbone for current and future data center industry needs, with the capability to deploy faster and leaner than traditional developers. Our approach focuses on land acquisition, power strategy, permitting, and rapid energization—delivering a steady flow of ready-to-build and ready-to-energize sites to meet the explosive demand from AI/GPUaaS providers and other compute-intensive customers.
Our mission is to pioneer the future of AI infrastructure through sustainable, efficient solutions that deliver long-term value to our clients, partners, and team. Building on our proven expertise in power strategy and operational excellence, we are positioned to become a leader in AI/HPC data centers across the United States.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will own Dataprana’s end-to-end recruiting engine across all levels — from critical senior leadership roles to high-velocity specialist and operator hires. This person will partner closely with the leadership team to define hiring needs, build scalable sourcing and assessment processes, and ensure we consistently attract and close top talent in a fast-moving market. The role blends hands-on recruiting with systems-building: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while putting in place repeatable, data-informed hiring workflows.
Top Outcomes – Year 1
- Design and implement a simple, effective company-wide hiring process (intake, sourcing, interviews, decision, offer) used consistently across all teams.
- Successfully fill 8–12 priority roles in the first 12 months, including a mix of executive, senior IC, and operational hires.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for key functions (e.g., power/energy, construction, finance, partnerships, operations).
- Establish core recruiting metrics and reporting (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance rate) to inform leadership decisions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-growth companies (tech, infrastructure, or adjacent industries).
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and functions — from IC roles to director/VP-level searches.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, networks, events, and creative channels) with a track record of filling hard-to-hire roles without relying on agencies.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and executives, driving structured hiring processes in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; able to keep candidates and hiring managers informed and aligned.
Who You Are
- You’re a hands-on recruiter who enjoys both building simple systems and doing the actual sourcing and closing in a lean, founder-led company.
- You’re energized by founder-led, fast-changing environments and are comfortable bringing structure where there isn’t much yet.
- You like working across very different profiles (executive, technical, operations) and can context-switch quickly without dropping details.
- You care about candidate experience and pride yourself on clear, timely communication — even when delivering “no” decisions.
- You’re data-aware (if not a data geek), and you naturally translate your pipeline into simple, useful signals for leadership.
Compensation & Location
- Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + Performance Bonus
- Unlimited PTO, subject to Company policy
- 6 paid US holidays
- Professional training reimbursement
- Location: Remote (United States)
