About Dataprana
Dataprana is an American company specializing in land and power acquisitions and delivering cutting-edge data centers and supporting infrastructure construction projects for various applications. Its use cases include cloud services, web hosting, ML automation, generative AI, LLM, and digital asset mining.
Established in 2023, Dataprana is rapidly expanding and currently has over 150 MW in development or under due diligence for numerous projects. Having launched our flagship, 30 MW immersion-cooled data center in March 2025 Dataprana is continously expanding its portfolio through various development projects in the United States.
Our main office is located in Miami, FL, with operational branches in Texas and South Carolina.

A former principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) leading large-scale projects at the intersection of finance and technology, Maximilian has 10+ years of experience in finance, management, consulting and fintech. With a deep understanding of traditional financial systems and emerging technologies, he is committed to the industry’s ongoing evolution and Dataprana’s role in its growth.
