About the Role
The CFO is a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for financial strategy, capital formation, and investor relations across Dataprana and its subsidiaries. The CFO serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO — structuring sophisticated financing solutions for our rapidly expanding multi-state infrastructure pipeline and building the financial systems needed to scale to 5 GW by 2030.
Top Outcomes – Year 1
- Lead Series A and subsequent fundraising — structuring equity and debt to support 1 GW energized by 2028.
- Secure credit facilities and funding mechanisms for power procurement and land acquisition.
- Design and run financial systems, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls across a multi-entity AI/HPC platform.
- Build and maintain strong investor and lender relationships; manage company-controlled investment vehicles and close project finance facilities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Capital Formation: Proven track record raising $100M+ through multiple financing rounds.
- Fund Management: Full lifecycle experience — from fund formation and structuring to operational oversight and compliance.
- Senior financial leadership with strong technical and regulatory depth.
- Deep experience in AI/HPC infrastructure, data centers, digital assets, energy infrastructure, or related high-growth sectors.
Compensation & Location
- Compensation: $220,000 base + Performance Bonus + Equity
- Location: Miami, FL (hybrid preferred; remote considered for exceptional fit) — up to 20% travel
